Mission Statement

At the Olivia Smikle Foundation, our mission is to empower the children of today to become the leaders of tomorrow. We believe that every child deserves access to high-quality educational opportunities, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to unlock the full potential of children and youth, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in school, in their careers, and in life. By investing in the next generation of leaders, we are building a brighter future for all.

History

A dynamic force of inspiration. A businesswoman, navigating entrepreneurship through the industries of Automotive, Customs, Marketing and Mindset Coaching.

Growing up in a rural community has instilled appreciation for family, nature and community. This has motivated her to accomplish her dream job in Law Enforcement. Allowing her to help women faced with domestic abuse, human trafficking and violence. After Law Enforcement, her journey with community involvement did not end there. With her philanthropic mindset, it redirected her to being the visionary CEO behind the Olivia Smikle Foundation and LIV Institute which allows her to touch lives, guiding individuals towards self-discovery, resilience, and success.

Olivia’s magnetic presence also extends to the stage as a captivating Public Speaker, Brand Ambassador, and Mentor/Motivational coach.

With poise, she proudly earned the title of Mrs. Universe Jamaica 2022.

Her principles are guided by her mantra “MINDSET IS EVERYTHING”

Our Mission

Is to support early learning institutions and provide Bursaries to young minds in order to help them excel in their education. Through our efforts, we aim to improve the learning environment in early childhood institutions by providing resources, support, and training for teachers and staff. We also strive to provide financial assistance to students
